In honour of the retirement of the Greater Toronto Apartment Association’s Founding Chair Sam Grossman from the rental housing industry, the Executive Committee established an Award of Excellence for a member of the association. This award is bestowed each year at our Annual Dinner. Our association is seeking nominations of individuals employed in the property management sector who have made an exemplary contribution to our industry and to the efforts of the Greater Toronto Apartment Association. The nomination below should be accompanied by a description of why the individual is deserving of this award. Emphasis should be placed on their accomplishments throughout their career and their volunteer contribution to the association and industry.

This prestigious award was established by the Greater Toronto Apartment Association (GTAA) to annually recognize one individual for their exceptional contributions to the property management industry. Gloria has been a member of the GTAA, a landlord organization with a mandate to improve the relationship between the apartment industry and the City of Toronto for many years. Her advocacy and her service as a member of the board of GTAA, including a term as Chair, has resulted in this honorable recognition within the industry.
