I would like to take a minute to express my gratitude to the staff of Stonehill Court for their warmth, dedication and excellent service in the past 23 months that we have lived here. Despite this being a contractual arrangement and somewhat of a business relationship between us as tenants and Preston, the people on the ground ensure that we feel valued, and we do not take this for granted.
As the old adage says, people do business with people. The staff at Preston Living that we interact with are excellent for the business.
I have lived at 2 Secord for a few decades. The location is excellent, just a 5-6 minute walk from Danforth Avenue and the main subway station, grocery stores, Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire and tons of stores. And there are 2 buses that stop just outside, which is very convenient in bad weather. This building is and always has been very well maintained. Our superintendent, Lilijana, and staff Jimmy, Kunga and Bianca, are all first class. They are such kind and helpful people. Any repairs or work required in my unit are always completed within days of my request. I’ve been very happy to call this building my home for so many years.
Kehilla is a non-profit housing provider with a focus in the GTA. Kehilla currently assists nearly 300 households and the need for assistance is increasing. Kehilla is grateful for The Preston Group’s ongoing support in making life easier for households in need.
It’s been over 15 years since moving into Preston Group’s, 2 Secord Ave. I wouldn’t have it any other way; I love my suite, what else can I say?! Spacious, beautiful balcony view, and great amenities. Furthermore, the superintendents are attentive and they go out of their way to accommodate. Lilijana, Jimmy, and Kunga are really amazing. They treat long-term residents like family – I’m always impressed by how the superintendents remember who lives in which suite!
I look forward to many more years residing here, enjoying my home.
I’ve only lived at 2 Secord for 6 months but have to say the management and staff have been so accommodating! Starting with my move in day, in the middle of the pandemic, and allowing me the extra time I needed to reserve the elevator, and most recently, the few minor repairs and replacement of fixtures I asked for. In all cases, the events, once reported, were dealt with in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction.
